For this fourth forum, we will be discussing the practice of  “Deviating from the norm to act with ambition”. We describe this practice as: "This must be part of our everyday practice. Finding the radical power in ourselves, daring to imagine a different way of doing even when faced with structural barriers, sharing bold ideas even when imperfect, having hard conversations, and living with the discomfort that putting this into practice creates".
