Navigating Dynamics of Power Imbalances in Work Places - Sharing COLANSA's Experience

At this forum, we shall be discussing the challenges related to "Navigating the Dynamics of Power Imbalances in Workplaces". We shall listen to a team from COLANSA share their experience on this issue after which we will reflect on lessons learned in small breakout groups. Colansa (Latin American and Caribbean Nutrition and Health Community of Practice) is a group of professionals, of civil society organizations and universities that work in a collaborative environment to contribute to the development of healthy, sustainable, equitable and inclusive food systems and promoting improvements in the nutrition and health of the populations from Latin America and the Caribbean.

The Speakers are:

· Vilma Irazola - Director of the Department of Chronic Diseases at the Institute for Clinical Effectiveness and Health Policy (IECS);
